PRIVACY ACT 1993: The Association uses computer systems to record membership information. Under the Privacy Act it is necessary for members to be informed of this. Clause 22 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 requires all applicants for membership of a Society registered under that Act to supply their names and addresses. The information provided on your application from will only be used by the Officers of the Association to enable them to conduct the Association's business and will not be supplied to outside bodies without your approval. You may, at any time, request a copy of your information that the Association holds on computer, to check that it is correct.
